Below are some of the questions I often get asked. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out to me here.

Dance Fit is a dance-based exercise class. I put easy dance moves to songs new and old. All you have to do is follow me! We have a little breather between each routine where you can grab a drink and I can show you the steps for the next one. I introduce a couple of new routines every month so we never get bored and I’m always taking song requests. It’s not one particular style of dance or music, it’s a bit of everything!

I run different classes all over Sheffield. You can see where my classes are along with information on parking and accessing each venue here.

So long as you can move freely in whatever you're wearing it really doesn't matter! I always advise something that you won't get too hot in. Layers are good as you can take them off as you get warmer. Some ladies like to wear typical gym/workout gear, others leggings and a top. Comfortable and supportive trainers/footwear are the only must. There is no need to worry what you look like at my classes. Everyone is far too busy following me to look at anyone else!

No! Does it matter if you end up on the wrong foot or go the wrong way? NO! Just keep moving, that’s the Dance Fit motto. Like hitting the dance floor at a party, you don’t have to be a trained dancer to do it!

Dance Fit is for all fitness levels and the great thing is you can tailor the routines to your ability. I always offer low intensity and high intensity options for the moves. You don’t have to be fit to start out, the idea is you will get fitter by coming to class!

I get asked this question a lot! I have women in my classes who are in their twenties, thirties, forties, fifties, sixties, seventies and eighties. You don’t have to be young to come but all my classes are young at heart!
